Home, category, search, product page, cart, checkout, payment hand-off, order confirmation, login/registration and account pages — the flows the law actually covers.
A fixed-price, five-day audit against the Estonian Accessibility of Products and Services Act (LPS), the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA — with a prioritised fix list your developers can act on.
No commitment. We reply within one business day with a start date.
The European Accessibility Act started applying to e-commerce across the EU — including Estonia.
From kick-off call to final report and walkthrough. One fixed scope, one fixed price.
live with some form of disability — plus ageing shoppers who benefit from the same fixes.
WCAG 2.1 A & AA success criteria tested manually and with assistive technology.
Estonia transposed the European Accessibility Act into the Accessibility of Products and Services Act (Toodete ja teenuste ligipääsetavuse seadus, LPS). Since 28 June 2025 e-commerce services offered to consumers must meet the accessibility requirements of EN 301 549 — in practice WCAG 2.1 level AA.
This is general information, not legal advice. Our audit tells you where you stand technically; your legal counsel decides on obligations.
We don't sell retainers or vague consulting hours. The Accessibility Act Check is a tightly scoped product: a defined set of pages and flows, tested the same way every time, delivered in five working days.
Home, category, search, product page, cart, checkout, payment hand-off, order confirmation, login/registration and account pages — the flows the law actually covers.
Keyboard-only navigation, screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver), 200 % zoom, colour contrast, focus visibility, form errors and time limits — not just an automated scan.
Every flow is tested on a desktop browser and on a mobile device, because most Baltic shoppers complete purchases on a phone.
Every finding mapped to a WCAG 2.1 criterion and EN 301 549 clause, rated critical / major / minor, with a concrete recommendation and code-level hint for your developers.
A ready-to-publish accessibility statement in Estonian and English, in the structure the LPS and TTJA expect, filled with your actual findings.
Once your team has fixed the critical issues, we re-test them within 90 days and update your report and statement — at no extra cost.
You give us a URL and a contact developer. We do the rest.
30-minute call. We agree the pages and flows, platform details (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom) and test accounts.
Full crawl with axe-core and Lighthouse to catch the obvious — contrast, missing labels, structure — and to map the scope.
Keyboard, screen reader, zoom and mobile testing of the complete purchase journey, following EN 301 549.
Findings written up, prioritised and mapped to criteria. Accessibility statement drafted in Estonian and English.
60-minute session with your team: what to fix first, how, and what it means for your statement. Report delivered as PDF + spreadsheet.
No 80-page PDF nobody reads. Each issue tells you where it is, why it matters, which criterion it fails and how to fix it.
All prices in EUR, excluding VAT. Invoiced on delivery of the report.
Up to 15 page templates and the full purchase journey on desktop and mobile. Delivered in five working days.
Agencies and platform partners: ask about volume pricing for client portfolios.
Ask a questionIf you sell products or services to consumers online in the EU, the European Accessibility Act — transposed in Estonia as the LPS — applies to your e-commerce service from 28 June 2025. Micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 employees and under €2 million turnover) providing services are exempt, but platforms, marketplaces and larger retailers are not. We'll tell you honestly on the kick-off call if we think you're out of scope.
The full purchase journey — home, category, search, product, cart, checkout, payment hand-off, confirmation, login and account — on desktop and mobile, against all WCAG 2.1 level A and AA success criteria as referenced by EN 301 549. We test with keyboard only, with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver), at 200 % zoom and with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse).
Because a typical shop uses a limited set of templates, and a focused, methodical test of those templates and flows gives you 90 % of the value. A fixed scope also means a fixed price and a fixed delivery date — which is what you need for planning and for showing due diligence to the supervisory authority.
The check is an independent audit, so the fixes are done by your own developers or agency — that keeps the report objective. We do offer developer fix support by the hour if your team wants hands-on guidance, and the re-check of critical issues within 90 days is included in the price.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento / Adobe Commerce, PrestaShop, Shoproller, Voog, and custom-built shops. The audit is platform-independent; the recommendations are tailored to your platform so your developers know where to look.
No audit can "certify" compliance — the law requires the service itself to meet the requirements. What the report gives you is an objective, documented assessment, a prioritised plan and a published accessibility statement: exactly the evidence of due diligence that supervisory authorities look for.
Yes. The service is designed for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and the underlying standard (EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA) is the same across the EU. Reports are delivered in English; accessibility statements in Estonian and English, with Latvian or Lithuanian available on request.
Send us your shop URL. We'll confirm scope and a start date within one business day — usually the next free Monday.
